1. No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse
Since our products are print-on-demand and custom made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you:
- Ordered the wrong size or color
- Changed your mind after purchase
- No longer want the product
👉 Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund items that are:
- Misprinted
- Damaged during production
- Incorrectly fulfilled
To submit a claim:

- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund
3. Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:
- First, check your tracking number.
- If the package is lost by the carrier, we’ll help file a claim and may issue a replacement.
4. Return Shipping
- We do not accept returns to our address.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund.
- Do not send products back to the printing facility without authorization.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
