Each item is made to order and fulfilled by our partner Printful. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

Since our products are print-on-demand and custom made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color
  • Changed your mind after purchase
  • No longer want the product

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that are:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged during production
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

To submit a claim:

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund

3. Lost Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • First, check your tracking number.
  • If the package is lost by the carrier, we’ll help file a claim and may issue a replacement.

4. Return Shipping

  • We do not accept returns to our address.
  • If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or refund.
  • Do not send products back to the printing facility without authorization.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
